The hotel location is convenient with good amenities in the area: shops, restaurants, and embassies. the receptionists are friendly and accommodating. the pool and sauna are clean and serene. the rooms offer great views of the city with comfortable beds and adequate cleaning service.
The hotel lacks some basic amenities such as an on-site restaurant.

The hotel's location was perfect for our business trip - just across the park from the embassy. We also appreciated the warm welcome and the fabulous cleaning service - everything looked new. The breakfast was good, with plenty of options.
There were a few negatives that we experienced during our stay. the size of the room was not as advertised, and it felt cramped.

The staff, especially the Front Desk receptionist Sezgin, was incredibly friendly and helpful. They made me feel welcome and attended to my needs throughout my stay. The room had a nice view and was very clean. I was impressed with the attention to detail and the many new features in the room. The breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of options. The location was also great, being close to the Embassy quarter.
I highly recommend this hotel.

I had a great xmas stay at this hotel. the staff was super friendly and always ready to help with a smile. the room was very clean and comfortable, and I absolutely loved the free lemonade drink after a massage. the pool was also clean and quiet, perfect for relaxing. Plus, the hotel is conveniently located near the Embassy area, which was key for my stay. the price was a great bargain for the value offered.
I must say that the lack of international TV channels and the staff's limited English proficiency were a bit uncomfortable for international travelers like myself. But despite these minor issues, I had a very enjoyable stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a good value option in this area.

My stay at this hotel was fantastic. The staff were very kind to me and it made me feel so welcome. The cleanliness of the hotel was great, and I found everything I needed during my stay. The breakfast they served was delicious and filling, and the hotel facilities were very complete and modern.
